Located in the coastal suburb of South Fremantle, this contemporary beach house is designed to embrace the relaxed lifestyle and coastal climate of Western Australia. Clean, simple forms are complemented by white timber cladding, creating a light and timeless architectural expression that reflects the character of its seaside setting.

Carefully oriented to the north, the home features expansive glazing that captures winter sunlight while framing views of the garden and filling the interior with natural light. Deep eaves and operable windows provide effective summer shading and encourage natural cross-ventilation, harnessing the cooling afternoon sea breezes to create a comfortable indoor environment throughout the year.

The open-plan living spaces flow seamlessly to outdoor entertaining areas, strengthening the connection between indoor and outdoor living.
